Weekly News Release
The Winnebago County Sheriff tries to provide news releases
every week. Documenting incidents and arrests, this information is
posted to this web site as soon as possible during the week. News
releases are maintained for the month of release and the two previous
months.
NOTE: Pursuant to Iowa Rule of
Professional Conduct 32:3.6(e), this information is provided along with
the statement that a criminal charge is merely an accusation and the
defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
